Jill Holmes serves as a key liaison between authors and opportunity at The Agency at Brown Books, helping coordinate advertising outreach, speaking engagements, podcast and radio appearances, and media interviews while ensuring each placement aligns with an author’s broader visibility and credibility goals. She works closely with authors to prepare positioning materials, manage outreach logistics, and guide them through promotional moments that extend their reach beyond the book itself. Before joining the agency in September 2025, Jill supported certification and assessment content development at the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, collaborating with physicians and subject matter experts on educational programs tied to national board certification—experience that gives her a structured approach to managing complex content and supporting expert voices.
